My name is Jerry Couzens. For the past four years, I have been on a spiritual journey with my Brother in Christ Steve Noall. He has played an integral part in my growth as a man of God. Whether it involved outreach missions through his personal Prayer and Produce ministry, or our joint efforts with Men of Courage, Steve has consistently provided Godly leadership and accoutability.
As we continue to grow in Grace I know I can always count on Steve for encouragement and Spiritual guidance. His leadership in men's Bible study has been instrumental in leading men to a closer walk with Jesus Christ. Steve has been a tremendous example of what a Chistian Man should look like. From the moment l met Aileen in church and l said my first hello to her and her husband Steve, l could see a light shine so bright in her eyes. She welcomed me back with such an affectionate smile and l knew at that moment that she and l would be friends. I could see the love of God radiate through her. Throughout the 5 years that we have known each other , she always push me to continue following the Lord no matter what. I loved when we would face time each other and she would mentor me with Bible studies, and prayers . There were times when we cried together, but even in those trials and tribulation she was always there to lift me up.
Words can't express how much I appreciate her support and encouragement. If it weren't for her love for Jesus for me, I would still be forever lost. Not only do l see her as my spiritual friend , but l see her as a daughter who’s love for God is unexplained and so pure l am so thankful for her always being there for me . I can’t wait to see what next steps and blessings God has in stored for her life. May the light in her eyes continued to shine for the world to see in our Lord Jesus Christ. Love you.

I met Steve 6 years ago as a guest at a Men's Ministry study. I learned quickly that Steve is someone that knows God’s word and the power of the Holy Spirit. He lives his life as one that has been transformed by the power of the Cross thru Jesus Christ.
Steve has a heart for people that are hurting, especially Men. He glorifies Christ by serving the poor with a food ministry as well as being a minister to many. Steve supports and encourages Men to become the husbands, fathers, and sons of God they are called to be.
I am proud to call Steve my brother in Christ.

I met Steve through a monthly Saturdays men’s breakfast over 7 years ago. From the first time I met Steve we had a brotherly bond that was clearly ordained by God. Steve and I along with others in our small group of men have walked together in our journey through life.
Steve honored me as his best man when he married his beautiful bride, Aileen. Even in the marriage celebration, Steve was blessing others with his gift of positive attitude and gratefulness. Some of the traits I have admired in Steve have been his ability to be transparent and accountable, his attitude and outlook on life, how he has been a huge encouragement to me, and I see with others as well. His desire to share what God has done for him and lift up others.
Although we now live in different cities, we have maintained our relationship. I have watched Steve mentor other men and have seen how much of a blessing he is. Mostly Steve is always quick with a positive word of encouragement or an ear to listen.

I first met Aileen when I was initially saved; I had just come to Christ maybe 6 months. We met at a Bible study in which I instantly became attached to her. She was one of the women who had so much to share in terms of knowledge and experience. I was so in awe of her reverence and wisdom that I asked her questions nonstop. In several instances we would stay after the study discussing Christ in the parking lot well after everyone else was gone.
She poured so much into me in those formative days in my walk. The one instance that will always remain with me is how the Lord revealed to me the power of prayer through sister Aileen. Unbeknown to sister Aileen, upon my salvation I began to experience vial recurring dreams that would make me questioned whether I had been saved or not. These dreams would happen every night until one day, after our Bible study, sister Aileen offered to pray for me, and I gladly accepted. She prayed a fervent prayer like I had never heard and even
breaking chains in the name of Jesus. Being so new in the faith I had never heard someone pray so boldly.
After a couple of days went by, I realized I had stop having those perverted dreams and couldn’t believe the power of prayer. I thanked God for revealing to me that prayer has purpose and power to intercede for others.After this encounter, I jokingly say I became the prayer Oprah “Who wants prayer? You want prayer? She wants prayer? Everyone gets prayer!!”
Aileen and I became very close sisters and friends and we have maintained a lasting sisterhood after our initial encounter. She has extended much time mentoring me and on many occasions. She is someone I trust and know will tell me what I need to hear considering scripture and not what I want to hear. She will hold me accountable to the truth and has guided me in ministry. I value this sister greatly and I love her so much for being one of my best mentors.

My name is Lois Couzens, I'm the ministry leader of Make Me Over In Christ Women's Ministry. I'm honored to share how my sister Aileen has encouraged me along the way when I wanted to throw in the towel. When ministering to a group of women (47), it really get to be a challenge In addition to, my husband is the pastor of Preservation Church. Yes, my cup is overflowing. With God's grace and putting Aileen in my life during those difficult times I'm standing in the strength of my Savior and her telling me "Lois, God chose you to lead, so stop whining and get busy with the task set before. I did.
Aileen is a true jewel in mentoring, encouraging and just being a listening ear, which is her gift. I know this to the upmost there will be NO sugar coating the word of God to make you feel good. This is what I love about her. The truth is coming directly from the bible, which is the word of God.
Trust me I love her as my biological sister, there have been times I wish just once she would have agreed with me. Nope she did not because it did not lineup with the word of God. Aileen is strong in her faith, and will be transparent with you. So, if you are looking for an accountable mentor, Mrs. Noall is there for you.
