Each time I am using vegetables, I make sure to keep all scraps, however small they are.  I place them in a freezer bag or container, then freeze them. The hardest part about baking vegan is how to substitute eggs, until I found out about this blend which works beautifully. I always try to have some made ahead of time and keep it in a glass container refrigerated.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
