Vegan chickpea and seeds sandwich

People say "walk the talk" right? Well, that is exactly what I am doing! Since end of cancer treatment, I have been slowly been incorporating physical activity in my life. I am working out both with weights as well as cardio brisk walk and following a plant-based high protein health style to better my whole self. 

 

Every day I am creating a variety of meals that are savory and tasty. As I make them, I realize some recipes still need a bit of work, as others, I feel I nailed them on the first round. I will keep on posting them as I feel comfortable others may enjoy them as much as I did.

 

Today's post-workout idea was inspired by this amazing recipe from the Minimalistic Baker, but with my own little touch. I had to improv with what I had at home as well as make sure to add a bit of apple cider vinegar due to its all its health benefits.
