The hardest part about baking vegan is how to substitute eggs, until I found out about this blend which works beautifully. I always try to have some made ahead of time and keep it in a glass container refrigerated.

Serving Size: replacement for 2 eggs
1 tbsp of flax meal
3 tbsp of warm water
in a medium size bowl add the ingredients.
mix them well, then leave it resting for at least 10 minutes prior to using.
