I will not only help you, as I will guide you through the process and give you all the tools needed to be successful.
Though I mostly follow a whole foods, plant based diet, I am aware that this may not work for all. A diet is extremely bio-individual.
Whatever your current diet is, we will work at making it healthier by incorporating more plant-based, but also work with the lifestyle you feel the most comfortable with.

We can meet in person OR online to learn about each other.
We will create a meal plan with grocery list and recipes for each week we work together.
Once you get into a system that works for you, you will be invited into a private facebook group where I keep on sharing recipes and tips with other clients.
