My Passion and Training

My Passion


From an early age, I was always drawn to physical activities, the kitchen and a healthy lifestyle. I realized prior to "organic" become a mainstream word, that we needed to go back to basics, care for our earth and be careful with all the chemicals modern lifestyle was filling us with.

I recall being a high-school student and working out daily, making sure I would take time for myself to meditate and cook a healthy meal. I even ended up becoming a personal trainer.

In college I kept that tradition of working out, playing tennis, running and cooking "real" meals. I kept on reading all about the latest trends in healthy living.

I learned the importance of diet and nutrition for your health. The lessons are prepared by 25 experts (MDs, PhDs, RDs, RNs, etc.), and emphasize why following a plant-based diet and lifestyle is optimal for health — including the prevention and reversal of diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
